Seasonal demand can affect delivery times. As we use couriers, we can never guarantee a specific delivery time frame. We can only guarantee the rapid manner in which we ship the order out for you. Courier drivers do not call or text prior to delivery.

Urbanite Gardens can not guarantee specific delivery times as this would be irresponsible, this is because we do not own, control or manage any freight companies. However we do use the most reputable couriers in Australia and products are despatch in a very rapid manner.

Made to Order Products will take longer to be delivered as these are specifically manufactured to suit your requirements. Please consider this when placing your order. Estimated lead times are on the product pages.
If your product has not arrived by the latest estimated time frame then please contact Urbanite Gardens directly. However any product signed for with the courier or transport company, we are sorry but we can not assist you any further.
FREE SHIPPING
The free shipping policy for Urbanite Gardens, (if applicable at time of ordering) is for delivery to most major cities. The transport company’s policies will not always allow for delivery to remote areas. It is best if you call Urbanite Gardens on 1300 000 000 before you place your order if you are not sure if you live in a remote location. In addition to this, some transport company’s door-to-door delivery services is not always available in some regional areas.
Please be aware you may have to pick up your clothesline up from the transport companies closest depot, or incur additional delivery charge, if the transport company’s policy allows for this service. All products are generally processed in the same business day and shipped within 24 business hours unless otherwise stated.
Once your product has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and freight company details, this will make it easier for you to know when to expect delivery of your clothesline.
